Here is a name you don’t hear very often but I think is quite nice, what do you all think?

I love [name_m]Joel[/name_m], but it’s very much a husband name to me (if that makes any sense lol). It’s very 80’s, but nice 80’s in my mind. I do like it, though! It has a nice ‘in-your-mouth’ feel.

Nice name but it’s still super dated to me and I don’t think it has yet had a comeback. I know a few [name_m]Joel[/name_m]’s and they’re all in their 50’s.

I like [name_u]Julian[/name_u], [name_u]Jude[/name_u], and [name_u]Jonah[/name_u] if you like J names.

I like [name_m]Joel[/name_m]! It has a nice sound and it isn’t used much but could make a comeback!

I love [name_u]Jude[/name_u] and [name_u]Julian[/name_u]. We’ve decided on [name_u]Lawrence[/name_u] [name_u]Arlo[/name_u] I just throw some names out on here from time to time because I am a name nerd :rofl:

This is interesting, I know 2 [name_m]Joel[/name_m]’s, one is 18 and one is 25. Maybe it’s because I’m in the UK?

I like it. It has a pleasant sound that is simple but not boring, if that makes sense? I agree with those saying it sounds soft and gentle.

I know a lot of [name_m]Joel[/name_m]’s in their thirties, but I also know a 3 year old [name_m]Joel[/name_m] and he’s super sweet.

I think because Biblical names are so in right now that most people would be pleasantly surprised to meet a little [name_m]Joel[/name_m].

Ah interesting. I’m in [name_f]Canada[/name_f] but the only [name_m]Joel[/name_m] I know is a baby in the UK!

I know 3 Joels, one pronounced [name_u]Jo[/name_u]-elle. They are in their 20s and 30s. All are very nice respectable men which makes it a positive association in my eyes.
