Johnny and Eva's little sister

Hello!

We are expecting baby #3- a little lady in [name_u]December[/name_u]! Our last name is [name_m]Sutter[/name_m]. We have [name_m]John[/name_m] [name_u]Francis[/name_u] (nn [name_m]Johnny[/name_m]) and [name_f]Eva[/name_f] [name_f]Catherine[/name_f]. I’m finding all of my names on my list either sound “off” with [name_f]Eva[/name_f] right in front of it in the sibset or is mouthful with last name. Am I being crazy? We’d use [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] in a heartbeat, but Tes-SUH SUH-tter sounds like too much.

[name_m]Johnny[/name_m], [name_f]Eva[/name_f] and…

[name_f]Annie[/name_f] (DH really likes … i’m not so sure. No [name_f]Anne[/name_f]. She would be [name_f]Annie[/name_f])
[name_f]Celia[/name_f] (Too much with last name? does it rhyme with [name_f]Eva[/name_f]?)
[name_f]Claire[/name_f] (too much with last name?)
[name_f]Faith[/name_f]
[name_f]Felicity[/name_f] (too much with last name?)
[name_f]Julia[/name_f]
[name_f]Leah[/name_f] (does it rhyme with [name_f]Eva[/name_f]?)
[name_f]Lydia[/name_f]
[name_f]Mallory[/name_f] (not sure it fits)
[name_f]Natalie[/name_f]
[name_f]Nora[/name_f]
[name_f]Rose[/name_f]
[name_f]Victoria[/name_f] (mostly because we really like nn [name_f]Tori[/name_f])

You have a lot of fabulous options! From your list, I think [name_f]Rose[/name_f], [name_f]Lydia[/name_f], [name_f]Nora[/name_f] and [name_f]Victoria[/name_f] are my favorites with [name_m]Johnny[/name_m] and [name_f]Eva[/name_f] and with your last name. I also like [name_f]Natalie[/name_f], [name_f]Felicity[/name_f], [name_f]Catherine[/name_f] and [name_f]Claire[/name_f] just a tad less but still a lot.
Too bad about [name_f]Tessa[/name_f], but I agree that it isn’t a good fit with your last name. What about a full name for [name_f]Tessa[/name_f]? That way when written out the similar sounds won’t be obvious and [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] can be her full time nickname. Ideas:

[name_f]Esther[/name_f]
[name_f]Tesla[/name_f]
[name_f]Thessaly[/name_f]
[name_f]Anastasia[/name_f]
It’s a stretch but [name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f] and [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] could work as a FN to [name_f]Tess[/name_f]. Maybe even [name_f]Felicity[/name_f]!

I’m not so sure I love any option for a FN to [name_f]Tessa[/name_f], but maybe you will. [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is definitely my favorite name from both of our lists. [name_m]John[/name_m], [name_f]Eva[/name_f] and [name_f]Rose[/name_f]! [name_m]How[/name_m] cute! Good luck and congratulations on #3!

I like a lot of the names on your list and I think most of them would be fine with your last name! I don’t even think [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] would be awful, though you may could do better.

[name_f]Annie[/name_f]- I like [name_f]Annie[/name_f] but only as a nickname. I’d want the full name to be [name_f]Anne[/name_f] or [name_f]Annabelle[/name_f] or something.
[name_f]Catherine[/name_f]- I wouldn’t use this since it’s your other daughter’s middle name
[name_f]Celia[/name_f]- I love this name and I think it would be fine with your last name, but if you are worried about the “s” sounds, have you considered [name_f]Delia[/name_f]?
[name_f]Claire[/name_f]- This would sound great with your last name and siblings’ names! Very good option.
[name_f]Faith[/name_f]- I like this, though I don’t think it matches the style of [name_f]Eva[/name_f] and [name_m]Johnny[/name_m] quite as well as some of the other names. It would be fine though.
[name_f]Felicity[/name_f]- I like this! I think it’s fine with [name_m]Sutter[/name_m].
[name_f]Julia[/name_f]- Another good option.
[name_f]Leah[/name_f]- This one does sound kind of similar to [name_f]Eva[/name_f]. If you really loved it I’d say go for it, but I think you have other options that are better.
[name_f]Lydia[/name_f]- [name_u]Love[/name_u] this name!
[name_f]Mallory[/name_f]- I agree, I’m not sure it fits that well.
[name_f]Natalie[/name_f]- Personally I don’t think this fits very well either.
[name_f]Nora[/name_f]- I love this name!
[name_f]Rose[/name_f]- Literally one of my all-time favorite names. I think it sounds great with [name_m]Johnny[/name_m] and [name_f]Eva[/name_f]!
[name_f]Victoria[/name_f]- I like it but I’m actually not a big fan of [name_f]Tori[/name_f]. I kind of like [name_f]Toria[/name_f], though.

I think my favorites for you are [name_f]Claire[/name_f], [name_f]Rose[/name_f], [name_f]Nora[/name_f], and [name_f]Lydia[/name_f].

My favorites are [name_f]Celia[/name_f], [name_f]Claire[/name_f], [name_f]Julia[/name_f], [name_f]Natalie[/name_f] & [name_f]Nora[/name_f]. These are all beautiful in my opinion!

[name_f]Celia[/name_f] - this is in my top four girl names - I absolutely love it! I think it goes great with the sibset & does not rhyme with [name_f]Eva[/name_f]. However, I don’t think [name_f]Celia[/name_f] [name_m]Sutter[/name_m] is a great match with the double s sounds.
[name_f]Claire[/name_f] - I really like [name_f]Claire[/name_f] and like it with your sibset. I think [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_m]Sutter[/name_m] works just fine. My only thing with [name_f]Claire[/name_f] is it can feel a little flat next to some names. [name_f]Eva[/name_f] feels more romantic or lively next to [name_f]Claire[/name_f]. Maybe [name_f]Clara[/name_f]?
[name_f]Julia[/name_f] - [name_f]Julia[/name_f] [name_m]Sutter[/name_m] is beautiful and I really like [name_f]Julia[/name_f] with [name_m]John[/name_m] & [name_f]Eva[/name_f]. She shares J with [name_m]John[/name_m] and A ending with [name_f]Eva[/name_f]. [name_f]Julia[/name_f] is simply a beautiful, timeless name.
[name_f]Natalie[/name_f] - [name_f]Natalie[/name_f] is pretty & lively and a good fit with your last name & sibset.
[name_f]Nora[/name_f] - [name_f]Nora[/name_f] [name_m]Sutter[/name_m] is gorgeous & [name_f]Nora[/name_f], [name_f]Eva[/name_f] & [name_m]John[/name_m] are perfect together.
My top choices are [name_f]Julia[/name_f], [name_f]Clara/name_f & [name_f]Nora[/name_f]. [name_f]Natalie[/name_f] would be second. Followed by [name_f]Celia[/name_f] & [name_f]Claire[/name_f]. [name_f]Celia[/name_f] would be a top choice if it flowed better with your last name.

[name_m]Johnny[/name_m], [name_f]Eva[/name_f] and…

[name_f]Annie[/name_f]
[name_f]Felicity[/name_f]
[name_f]Leah[/name_f]
[name_f]Lydia[/name_f]
[name_f]Nora[/name_f]

My favourite is [name_m]Johnny[/name_m], [name_f]Eva[/name_f] and [name_f]Leah[/name_f]. I don’t think [name_f]Eva[/name_f] and [name_f]Leah[/name_f] rhyme.

[name_f]Victoria[/name_f], [name_f]Natalie[/name_f], [name_f]Nora[/name_f], [name_f]Lydia[/name_f] and [name_f]Julia[/name_f] all sound great with your last name and work well with the other siblings  [name_f]Lydia[/name_f] is my personal favorite. I like [name_f]Rose[/name_f] as well but I feel like “[name_f]Rose[/name_f] [name_m]Sutter[/name_m]” kind of blends into one word when said aloud.

[name_m]John[/name_m], [name_f]Eva[/name_f], and:

[name_f]Rose[/name_f]
[name_f]Lydia[/name_f]
[name_f]Celia[/name_f]
[name_f]Annie[/name_f]
[name_f]Julia[/name_f]

My favorites with [name_m]Johnny[/name_m] and [name_f]Eva[/name_f] are definitely [name_f]Claire[/name_f] and [name_f]Lydia[/name_f]! They’re both gorgeous, and work really well with [name_m]Johnny[/name_m], [name_f]Eva[/name_f], and [name_m]Sutter[/name_m]. My first idea with [name_m]Johnny[/name_m] and [name_f]Eva[/name_f] was actually [name_f]Clara[/name_f], so [name_f]Claire[/name_f] seems like a perfect fit to me. [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] would have been so perfect, too!

[name_f]Zoe[/name_f]
[name_f]Lila[/name_f]
[name_f]Cara[/name_f]
[name_u]Arden[/name_u]
[name_f]Brynn[/name_f]
[name_f]Hope[/name_f]
[name_f]Mia[/name_f]
[name_u]Eloise[/name_u]
[name_f]Elora[/name_f]
[name_f]Natalie[/name_f]
[name_f]Georgia/name_f
[name_f]Lillian[/name_f]
[name_f]Lucia[/name_f]
[name_f]Grace[/name_f]

Good luck!

I really like [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] with [name_m]Johnny[/name_m] and [name_f]Eva[/name_f]! I don’t think [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] [name_m]Sutter[/name_m] sounds too much, espeif you clearly pronounce the -er ending. However, if youre still not sold on it, from your list I really like:

[name_f]Annie[/name_f], [name_f]Julia[/name_f], [name_f]Lydia[/name_f], and [name_f]Natalie[/name_f]

Your children have lovely names! I agree that [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] would be great except for your last name. I really like [name_f]Annie[/name_f] with your sibset, but I would use it as a nn. [name_f]Annabel[/name_f] would make a great fn-- [name_f]Annabel[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f] or [name_f]Annabel[/name_f] [name_f]Faith[/name_f] [name_m]Sutter[/name_m] nn [name_f]Annie[/name_f]-- lovely! [name_f]Julia[/name_f], [name_f]Lydia[/name_f], [name_f]Natalie[/name_f], [name_f]Nora[/name_f], or [name_f]Victoria[/name_f] are my other favorites with your sibset and last name. I would stay away from the S sounds.

[name_m]Johnny[/name_m], [name_f]Eva[/name_f], and

[name_f]Adele[/name_f]
[name_f]Aurora[/name_f]
[name_f]Chloe[/name_f]
[name_f]Clara[/name_f]
[name_f]Cora[/name_f]
[name_f]Daphne[/name_f]
[name_f]Flora[/name_f]
[name_f]Gemma[/name_f]
[name_f]Helen[/name_f]
[name_f]Irene[/name_f]
[name_f]Ivy[/name_f]
[name_f]Jane[/name_f]
[name_f]Laura[/name_f]
[name_f]Lenore[/name_f]
[name_f]Margot[/name_f]
[name_f]Mary[/name_f]
[name_f]Phoebe[/name_f]
[name_u]Ruby[/name_u]
[name_f]Tabitha[/name_f]
[name_f]Tara[/name_f]
[name_f]Valerie[/name_f]
[name_f]Willa[/name_f]
[name_f]Zoe[/name_f]

[name_f]Annie[/name_f] - sounds great when you say “[name_m]Johnny[/name_m], [name_f]Eva[/name_f] and [name_f]Annie[/name_f]”
[name_f]Celia[/name_f] - a nice name, but I just can’t say [name_f]Celia[/name_f] [name_m]Sutter[/name_m]
[name_f]Claire[/name_f] - probably my favourite on the list, goes well with [name_m]Johnny[/name_m] and [name_f]Eva[/name_f] and still a beautiful name
[name_f]Faith[/name_f] - it’s a nice name but it doesn’t sit well with her sibling’s names
[name_f]Felicity[/name_f] - [name_f]Felicity[/name_f] [name_m]Sutter[/name_m] is a little hard to say
[name_f]Julia[/name_f] - like mauraub said, it shares the J in [name_m]Johnny[/name_m] and the -a ending in [name_f]Eva[/name_f] which is adorable but I don’t like it with [name_m]Johnny[/name_m] and [name_f]Eva[/name_f]
[name_f]Leah[/name_f] - doesn’t quite work with [name_f]Eva[/name_f]
[name_f]Lydia[/name_f] - it’s too different from [name_m]Johnny[/name_m] and [name_f]Eva[/name_f]
[name_f]Mallory[/name_f] - I agree, it clashes with the sibset
[name_f]Natalie[/name_f] - not my favourite on the list, however I don’t see why this wouldn’t work
[name_f]Nora[/name_f] - I don’t know why but for some reason I don’t think it goes all that well with you other son & daughter
[name_f]Rose[/name_f] - it’s lovely but the -se ending runs into [name_m]Sutter[/name_m]
[name_f]Victoria[/name_f] - the nn [name_f]Tori[/name_f] would work splendidly with your other two

I think my favourites would be [name_f]Claire[/name_f], [name_f]Annie[/name_f] and [name_f]Victoria[/name_f] nn [name_f]Tori[/name_f].

[name_u]LOVE[/name_u] [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] [name_f]Annie[/name_f]! And it sounds so good with [name_m]Johnny[/name_m] and [name_f]Eva[/name_f]!
