I posted last week about [name_f]Juno[/name_f] verses [name_u]Luca[/name_u] and I think we have definitely taken [name_u]Luca[/name_u] off the list. My partner likes the first name [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] and as we have friends with a [name_f]Juno[/name_f], we were thinking [name_f]Juni[/name_f] instead of [name_f]Juno[/name_f].
Now we are looking at middles for [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] which are a little left field if possible to match brother [name_m]Otis[/name_m] [name_m]Wilder[/name_m].
I’d love your help! Some names on the list are:
[name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_m]Rowe[/name_m], [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_f]Goldie[/name_f], [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_u]Valentine[/name_u], [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_f]Olive[/name_f] and [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_f]Marigold[/name_f].
Thanks for your reply. It’s hard to not choose a pretty flowery name which flows with [name_u]Juniper[/name_u]! [name_f]Willow[/name_f] was our choice if [name_m]Otis[/name_m] was a girl. I also like [name_f]Iris[/name_f] from your list too.
I would maybe stay away from a floral/tree name. [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_u]Valentine[/name_u] is gorgeous! I love [name_f]Juni[/name_f] as her nickname.
I love [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_u]Valentine[/name_u] and [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_f]Olive[/name_f]! [name_m]How[/name_m] about [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_f]Frances[/name_f]?
Ugh! [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_u]Valentine[/name_u] is stunning, as is [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_f]Marigold[/name_f]. [name_m]How[/name_m] about [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_f]Phoebe[/name_f]?
Thanks so much for so many replies! Our friend who has a [name_f]Juno[/name_f] isn’t a close friend and she only goes by [name_f]Juno[/name_f] so I feel like [name_f]Juni[/name_f] is different. [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_u]Valentine[/name_u] and [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_f]Olive[/name_f] seem to be popular with the berries and it’s nice to get that feedback. I’m also looking at word names too as I want something unexpected in the middle. My pick is [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_f]Goldie[/name_f] but my partner isn’t sold. I also like [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_u]Golden[/name_u] as a twist. I love [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_f]Mabel[/name_f] but we have friends with a [name_f]Mabel[/name_f].
If I were using [name_u]Juniper[/name_u], I wouldn’t go too out there because [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] is already both non-classic and unisex. Your son’s first name is vintage, but not as unusual or non-traditional as [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] - which is more like [name_m]Wilder[/name_m]. So I think you should pull in a little on the middle name to make it closer to an [name_m]Otis[/name_m] equivalent and a nice contrast with the bold [name_u]Juniper[/name_u], eg
Having said that, I do really like [name_u]Valentine[/name_u]! ([name_m]Don[/name_m]’t like with [name_f]Olive[/name_f] as two different nature images and seems edible to me.)
[name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_m]Rowe[/name_m] gets my vote! [name_u]Love[/name_u] [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] nn [name_f]Juni[/name_f]. I also like the Junee spelling.
Thank you again everyone! You have certainly given me lots to think about and as you know with names, they can consume your every thought! (In a good way!)
Peaceful whisper - I do like some stone names but I particularly liked your 2nd list! [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] Fabel is beautiful and [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_f]Snow[/name_f] rolls off the tongue but I’m in Australia so it might seem a little strange for a summer baby haha.
Eloiset- my partner is also thinking like you that [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_f]Olive[/name_f] is quite naturey. [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_f]Delphine[/name_f] sounds quite [name_m]French[/name_m]. I like it!
Erinbeth- [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_f]Mirabel[/name_f] is certainly different.
Dayken95- [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_f]Muse[/name_f] is such a cool name!
If [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_f]Goldie[/name_f] doesn’t work for your partner, I think [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_f]Gilda[/name_f] (meaning covered in gold) would be nice.
