To be quiet honest, I only know Carinas, so the “K” - spelling looks very wrong to me. I don’t know, For me it’s simply a name supposed to be written with a C. Also I think the astronomy connection is great!

[name_f]Carina[/name_f]. There are very few names I think look better with a K, really.
[name_f]Carina[/name_f]. I almost always prefer C names to K ones, despite the fact that my own first name is spelled with a K 
I prefer [name_f]Carina[/name_f] to [name_f]Karina[/name_f]. I tend to think K names have a stigma attached to them, especially in the age of the Kardashians. [name_f]Carina[/name_f] is just classier and prettier, in my opinion. Great choice!
And I’m the opposite. One of DD’s BFF is named [name_f]Karina[/name_f]. So to me, I always think this spelling.
