Personally I prefer the [name_f]Katelyn[/name_f] spelling. [name_f]Katelynn[/name_f] is alright too. [name_f]Catelynn[/name_f] looks funny to me.

[name_f]Caitlin[/name_f]. This is the traditional Irish spelling. In [name_f]Ireland[/name_f], it’s pronounced [name_f]CAT[/name_f]-lin (which I prefer), but everyone else will obviously say [name_f]KATE[/name_f]-lin.

I don’t like your two options listed above because they seem extremely trendy with their “lynn” endings. [name_f]Caitlin[/name_f] has been a very popular name in the 90s/early 2000s.

I voted for other, and my preferred spelling would be [name_f]Caitlin[/name_f].

[name_f]Caitlin[/name_f]. [name_f]Katelyn[/name_f]/[name_f]Kaitlyn[/name_f]/[name_f]Katelynn[/name_f]/[name_f]Catelynn[/name_f]/[name_f]Caitlyn[/name_f]/etc are so trendy, visibly unappealing, unoriginal, and nms at all. [name_f]Caitlin[/name_f] looks gorgeous and classic. If you must be “creative”, [name_f]Kaitlin[/name_f] is alright, I suppose. Sorry!

I prefer [name_f]Kaitlyn[/name_f] probably because it’s the most popular version I’ve seen. It’s no where near as bad as [name_f]Katelynn[/name_f].

My favourite is [name_f]Caitlyn[/name_f], but of those, Catelynne

I agree with those who suggest the more traditional [name_f]Caitlin[/name_f] spelling.

[name_f]Caitlin[/name_f] is the classic spelling. All the others are nms.

I prefer [name_f]Caitlin[/name_f] or [name_f]Caitlyn[/name_f], but most I know are [name_f]Kaitlyn[/name_f] or [name_f]Katelyn[/name_f]. Regardless, it’s a terribly overused and unoriginal name, and I do not like it (I know about 14 teenagers with some spelling of this as their name).

Those spellings aren’t my style, I prefer the traditional spelling, [name_f]Caitlin[/name_f]. If you really like a K spelling, [name_f]Kaitlin[/name_f] isn’t too bad!

I did not know that it was prn [name_f]Cat[/name_f] lin in [name_f]Ireland[/name_f]! I voted other since I would go with the traditional [name_f]Caitlin[/name_f].

I prefer the spelling [name_f]Caitlin[/name_f], it how I’ve seen the name spelled most

I voted ‘other’: I would go for [name_f]Caitlin[/name_f] 100%. Anything else looks made-up to me.

[name_f]Caitlin[/name_f] is the only spelling of this variant that works for me.

The double nn is especially excruciating, but I really dislike the -lyn/-lynn trend in general. No name is, [name_f]IMO[/name_f], improved with -lyn, the only thing I [name_m]DON[/name_m]'T like about [name_f]Caitlin[/name_f] is that it fits, sound-wise, with that trend.
