What do you all think of [name_m]Killian[/name_m]?
[name_f]Do[/name_f] you all see “kill [name_m]Ian[/name_m]” and can you see pass that? Other thoughts?
I’m not pregnant but we are discussing another baby and I want a name list this time.
I am a big fan of [name_m]Killian[/name_m] (I actually prefer it spelled [name_m]Kilian[/name_m] though) but I know there are a lot of people who don’t like it for the reasons you’ve stated. Also, the ties to the brand of beer. But I think it’s so handsome!
I really like it, I find it quite handsome. I do like the [name_m]Kilian[/name_m] spelling as well.
The “kill” “ian” thing only seems to occur to people who are trying too hard to find something wrong with the name, in my opinion. I see it when it’s pointed out, but when I hear it out loud, I don’t think of that at all. It’s just a name to me.
I do see “kill” immediately, but I hadn’t made it fully to the whole ‘kill [name_m]Ian[/name_m]’ realisation. The original spelling, [name_m]Cillian[/name_m], would bypass both problems, but there might be spelling issues.
I prefer [name_m]Killian[/name_m] over [name_m]Cillian[/name_m]. Although I do see “kill”, I don’t think it’s really much of an issue because it is such a handsome name. My brother actually has a good friend named [name_m]Killian[/name_m] and people are always pleasantly surprised to hear his name. It works well in real life.
I like it a lot, it’s a solid and very handsome name. I personally like both spellings [name_m]Cillian[/name_m] and [name_m]Killian[/name_m].

It’s so weird seeing you here now, after all this time! And [name_f]Fia[/name_f] has a little brother! I feel like time could not have passed this quickly, lol. [name_m]How[/name_m] are you all?
I like [name_m]Killian[/name_m] a lot! There’s always the [name_m]Cillian[/name_m] spelling, but I’ve never found it as appealing as the Anglicized [name_m]Killian[/name_m]. There’s also the [name_m]German[/name_m] variant, [name_m]Kilian[/name_m], which I like a lot, because it sort of blends my Irish and [name_m]German[/name_m] ancestry. 
I think [name_f]Sophia[/name_f], [name_u]Morgan[/name_u], and [name_m]Killian[/name_m] are really great together!
I like this name a lot, but I prefer the [name_m]Cillian[/name_m] spelling (mostly because of the Irish actor, [name_m]Cillian[/name_m] [name_u]Murphy[/name_u]).

Kílian is in our final two for boys ([name_m]Julian[/name_m] is the other). However we’re a [name_m]German[/name_m]/Spanish couple and will pronounce it Kee-lee-ahn with the pronounciation on the first syllable. Would that be an option for you? Might be a life of correcting people 
I do not see “kill [name_m]Ian[/name_m]” at all. I also prefer [name_m]Kilian[/name_m]. It is a nice handsome name. I assume Kili would be the nn? If so, there is a hobbit from the recent movie series named Kili. I would not be bothered by this as I love the Hobbit, but you should be aware of it.

I don’t see “Kill [name_m]Ian[/name_m]”, but I am reminded of the dwarf Kíli from the [name_m]Lord[/name_m] of the Rings. I don’t know about others, but that is what I saw when I looked at this post.
I also prefer the spelling [name_m]Kilian[/name_m].
