Which one of these spellings would you say gets the key-air-rah pronunciation?
[name_f]Kiera[/name_f] or [name_f]Kiara[/name_f] would be the closest, though personally I say [name_f]Kiara[/name_f] the same way I would say [name_f]Chiara[/name_f]. Though I know plenty who don’t.
[name_f]Kiera[/name_f], mostly because it’s got era in it which is pronounced as air-a
i would pronounce [name_f]Kiara[/name_f] as key-ahr-a (i know one with this spelling and pronunciation). and [name_f]Kira[/name_f] / [name_f]Keira[/name_f] as keer-a

I would say [name_f]Kiara[/name_f]. The other three are all kee-ra.

I’d pronounce the first three as KEE-ruh and the fourth as kee-AH-ruh. For the pronunciation you want, I might go with Kiera, though I think most folks would instinctively read that as KEE-ruh. Maybe Keyaira, Kyera, Keeaira, Keara, or Kieara?

None, tbh. [name_f]Kiera[/name_f], [name_f]Kira[/name_f], and [name_f]Keira[/name_f] would all be keer-uh to me, and [name_f]Kiara[/name_f] would be kee-ARE-uh (middle syllable like “car”, not “hair”). Seconding the suggestion of [name_f]Kierra[/name_f].
[name_f]Kiara[/name_f] is the only one that would make me pronounce it as key-air-uh (though I’d also be inclined to say kee-ah-ruh, but that’s an easy correction).
I would pronounce none of them as key-air-rah (for me the first three would be KEER-a, and [name_f]Kiara[/name_f] kee-AR-a). I would suggest [name_f]Kierra[/name_f] as well.

I know somebody named [name_f]Ciara[/name_f], pronounced key-air-uh. She definitely gets some mispronounciations but I think it’s simple enough to correct. I think [name_f]Kiara[/name_f] makes the most sense. The other three you listed I would definitely say should be Keer-uh. And other spellings I think are too convoluted. I don’t think there’s any spelling variation for this name that won’t ever be mispronounced, so you would just have to accept the fact that you/they would have to correct people sometimes.
I would pronounce [name_f]Kira[/name_f], [name_f]Kiera[/name_f], and [name_f]Keira[/name_f] as keer-ah.
[name_f]Kiara[/name_f] would be kee-ah-rah to me.
Like was suggested above, I think [name_f]Kierra[/name_f] is most likely to get the pronunciation you want.

kiara would be the only one to get your desired pronunciation for me ! all the others i would say keer-uh

[name_f]Kiera[/name_f] I’d also say keer-uh.
[name_f]Keira[/name_f] I’d say keer-uh.
Apparently [name_f]Kiara[/name_f] is the only one I’d say different 
that one I would say key-air-uh

[name_f]My[/name_f] instinct has always been to pronounce [name_f]Kiera[/name_f] or [name_f]Keira[/name_f] as Key-era, even though I know it’s Kee-ra

I find it odd that Kiara/Kiera are so similar minus the a/e, yet one has that third syllable.
I would say [name_f]Kiara[/name_f] as key-R-ruh and Kira/Keira as keer-ruh. I could see [name_f]Kiera[/name_f] between key-air-ruh or key-ruh.
I’d pronounce all Kee-ra, until / unless corrected. [name_f]Kiera[/name_f] is the most intuitive spelling for your desired pronunciation.
