I’m writing a story and I couldn’t for the life of me decided on a name for one of my characters.
Her whole thing was inspired by a white lamb. She represents both the purity and innocence of it as well as the darker symbolism: a sacrifice. She’s a bit like [name_f]Luna[/name_f] Lovegood, a character from [name_u]Harry[/name_u] [name_m]Potter[/name_m], but much more reserved. She rarely talks but when she does it’s even rarer for anyone to understand her.
There’s a theme of contradicting duality that follows her: innocent lamb—sacrificial lamb, gentle—brutal nature, immovable object—unstoppable force. It’s like when you see her, you WILL get the impression that although she’s kind and nurturing, there’s also an untouchable darker side to her.
Her character is inspired by many things but of course one of the vital ones are the [name_f]Agnus[/name_f] [name_m]Dei[/name_m] painting, and it would be nice to have name recommendations other than [name_f]Agnes[/name_f]. I’m not too picky with the language.
What could be a good name for her?
