What about [name_f]Merryn[/name_f]? It has a long history of usage in Cornwall, where it’s a saint/place name.
As for me, my favorite is [name_f]Lana[/name_f], but I’ve been marathoning Smallville for the past week, which might be why 
I love [name_f]Maren[/name_f] (the only spelling I’ve known). And [name_f]Lana[/name_f] is sweet. I don’t know anyone personally with that name.
I agree with you about [name_u]Madigan[/name_u], cute nickname but I hear “mad again” too 
[name_m]How[/name_m] about [name_f]Marigold[/name_f] or [name_f]Merrigan[/name_f]? You can still use [name_m]Iggy[/name_m] and have a name starting with “M”.
So tough! I really do like all of them and they all sound good with [name_u]June[/name_u].
I nixed [name_f]Lana[/name_f] only because it has the same beginning of [name_m]Lachlan[/name_m].
[name_u]Madigan[/name_u] is my second choice. My friend has a daughter named [name_u]Madigan[/name_u] and I don’t hear “mad again”, maybe because her girl is the sweetest thing ever. She goes by Madi but [name_m]Iggy[/name_m] as a nickname is so adorable. [name_m]Lachlan[/name_m] and [name_u]Madigan[/name_u] do sound great as sibs together.
That leaves [name_f]Merrin[/name_f] who got my vote. I prefer the spellings [name_f]Maren[/name_f] or [name_f]Merryn[/name_f] myself. It’s a really pretty name that has an understated coolness.

I do love [name_f]Merryn[/name_f], I didn’t know that was a legitimate spelling - I’ve only seen [name_f]Maren[/name_f]/[name_f]Marin[/name_f], which I don’t like. That makes me super happy.
I do like [name_f]Merrigan[/name_f]! Its cute.
I’m not super worried about [name_f]Lana[/name_f] sounding similar to [name_m]Lachlan[/name_m], as they’ll be 5 years apart and my son has been nicknamed buddy since he was a fetus. Lol!

I do think that [name_u]Madigan[/name_u] sounds like mad again, and that she’ll probably be called [name_f]Maddie[/name_f] as all the Madisons.
I don’t love [name_f]Merrin[/name_f]… And all those spellings you and pp mentioned, they will probably cause confusion.
Plus, [name_f]Lana[/name_f] Parrilla is bae!
[name_f]Do[/name_f] you by any chance like [name_f]Morrigan[/name_f]? Could solve your [name_u]Madigan[/name_u] / [name_f]Merrin[/name_f] issues.
