"Leo" names for girls?

I’m really liking [name_f]Clio[/name_f]/[name_f]Cleo[/name_f] and [name_f]Leonie[/name_f] right now. Can you suggest some other names with the “[name_m]Leo[/name_m]” sound in it, or something similar to the sound?

Also, how would you pronounce [name_f]Leonie[/name_f] (with no accent marks).

[name_f]Leora[/name_f]/[name_f]Liora[/name_f]

[name_f]Leonore[/name_f]
[name_f]Leontine[/name_f]
[name_f]Eleonore[/name_f]
Eleonor
[name_f]Leonor[/name_f]
[name_f]Leonore[/name_f]

[name_f]Leona[/name_f]
[name_f]Lenora[/name_f]

[name_f]Leonor[/name_f] (one of my very favorites)
[name_f]Leonora[/name_f]
[name_f]Leona[/name_f]
[name_f]Leontine[/name_f] and [name_f]Leonine[/name_f]
And [name_f]Leora[/name_f]/[name_f]Liora[/name_f] were beautiful suggestions!

There was a thread a while back about [name_f]Leonie[/name_f] and I was surprised to see that many people would pronounce it [name_u]Lee[/name_u]-OH-nee or [name_u]LEE[/name_u]-oh-nee. I guess even without accents I would assume lay-oh-NEE unless I was told otherwise. I prefer the [name_m]French[/name_m] prn but the others are pretty cute too.

[name_f]Leocadia[/name_f] was my first thought. There’s also [name_f]Leokadia[/name_f] and Leocadie as similar variants, I believe? [name_f]Eleonora[/name_f], [name_f]Leora[/name_f] (although I prefer [name_f]Eliora[/name_f]/[name_f]Liora[/name_f]), etc. are great, too.

I would say [name_f]Leonie[/name_f] as lee-OH-nee initially, but I want to say it as lay-oh-nee, because I know that’s the proper [name_m]French[/name_m] pronunciation. I’ve also REALLY been digging [name_f]Leona[/name_f] lately, but I don’t know where I’d use it…
