Love Leonidas and Persephone, but together they’re a bit much unless they match your interests? Like, if I met a Leonidas and Persephone (who weren’t from Greece) I’d expect one of their parents to be a professor of Ancient Greek or something of the like I’d find it slightly odd if the parent(s) had no connection or interest in Greece but chose two elaborate ancient Greek names for their two kids (it’d be fine within a larger sibset with some non-Greek names though!)
I know a school aged [name_m]Leonidas[/name_m], although he mostly went by [name_m]Leo[/name_m] at school. He would be about 9 years old now. I was pleasantly surprised when I learned his name. I believe he had Greek heritage if I’m remembering correctly.

There are lots of nickname suggestions for [name_m]Leonidas[/name_m] in this thread[name_f][/name_f] so I thought I’d link it.
I think it would be fine but agree I would expect some sort of Greek connection. But it’s fine if not! They’re well enough known from literature/history that anyone can use them without it being a problem, I think. It’s just what most would expect.

I would almost go [name_m]Odysseus[/name_m] with [name_f]Persephone[/name_f] instead if I were personally going that route.
As a nickname I think [name_m]Leo[/name_m] is cute but for me used too much like very common so outside the box thinking I would use [name_f]Nida[/name_f] (reminds me of like koda, [name_m]Nico[/name_m] for [name_m]Nicholas[/name_m] idk soemthing different) or maybe [name_m]Sid[/name_m] as an option a little unusual like in the name [name_m]Thomas[/name_m] you can have a nn sam
Really like [name_m]Leonidas[/name_m] … [name_m]Leonidas[/name_m] and [name_f]Persephone[/name_f] are great but kinda a lot together [name_f][/name_f].
