I think it might cause some confusion but I also love it. Super pretty and it’s not that confusing.
It’s really pretty, and if it were to be mispronounced it can be easily corrected 
The only one I know pronounces it leh-nore, however I think your pronunciation is intuitive and I don’t see any reason why it wouldn’t work in the US.
I think it should be fine. It’s unusual, but it’s not too hard to figure out how it’s pronounced
