Lila or Lilah for Delilah?

I’d use the ‘h’ if it’s coming from [name]Delilah[/name]. It makes more sense that way. If you were doing say… [name]Lila[/name] from [name]Lillian[/name] then I’d recommend no ‘h’.

I like [name]Delilah[/name] as is. Beautiful choice!

I would use [name]Lilah[/name] if it is coming from [name]Delilah[/name] too! [name]Lilah[/name] looks more complete to me.
