Although you could also do [name_f]Lillian[/name_f] “[name_f]Lilia[/name_f]”

I feel that [name_f]Lillian[/name_f] is a bit overused but it is still beautiful, [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is really gorgeous as a middle name, and i am now in love with [name_f]Lillia[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]

with all the variations at this point, I’d expect any [name_f]Lili[/name_f]- name to get mixed up for another. But [name_f]Lilia[/name_f] on it’s own is gorgeous.

How about [name_f]Lilah[/name_f]? Similar to your first two options… I have a [name_f]Lilah[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f] and get compliments allll the time. And [name_f]Lilah[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is gorgeous
