We have a little one due in a couple of months and are struggling to agree on a girl’s name. After looking at over 10,000 names our top 3 is [name_f]Liliana[/name_f], [name_f]Arabella[/name_f] or [name_f]Aster[/name_f] as an outsider.
Middle name [name_f]Annette[/name_f] (unsure about the ‘A’ first names and brother called [name_m]Louis[/name_m] which makes me unsure about [name_f]Liliana[/name_f].
My favourite is [name_f]Liliana[/name_f]. I adore [name_f]Liliana[/name_f] nn [name_f]Lili[/name_f]/[name_f]Lilli[/name_f], and I think [name_m]Louis[/name_m] and [name_f]Liliana[/name_f] go together very nicely, especially [name_m]Louis[/name_m] and nn [name_f]Lili[/name_f], however they are not annoyingly “matchy-matchy”
I love [name_f]Arabella[/name_f] as well, and it would be my second choice out of these three options, but I much prefer [name_f]Liliana[/name_f] [name_f]Annette[/name_f] over [name_f]Arabella[/name_f] [name_f]Annette[/name_f].
With [name_m]Louis[/name_m], I would choose the most aristocratic of your three frontrunners – [name_f]Arabella[/name_f].
Additionally, may I suggest: [name_m]Louis[/name_m] {and} [name_f]Antoinette[/name_f], a royal pairing of [name_m]French[/name_m] first names inspired by your middle name choice of [name_f]Annette[/name_f].
[name_f]Arabella[/name_f] nn [name_u]Ari[/name_u] is my cholce
[name_f]Liliana[/name_f] nn [name_f]Lily[/name_f] might be ok if [name_m]Louis[/name_m] was pronounced “[name_m]Lewis[/name_m]” but not if pronounced like “[name_m]Louie[/name_m]”
