Ooh, [name_f]Lilouenn[/name_f] is beautiful, thanks for introducing me to this! Since you could easily shorten this to [name_f]Lilou[/name_f], I’d be inclined to go for it and have both!
Too close for siblings, but again you could call your [name_f]Lilouenn[/name_f] [name_f]Lily[/name_f]?
I like [name_f]Lilouenn[/name_f] more than [name_f]Lilou[/name_f]! There’s just something extra dainty and whimsical about her. She makes me think of chamomile fields and yellow butterflies in the last few weeks of spring I love her distinct sound and look! It’s definitely too close to [name_f]Lily[/name_f] for sisters, but [name_f]Lilouenn[/name_f] with the nickname [name_f]Lily[/name_f] would be amazing
I think [name_f]Lilouenn[/name_f] sounds very cute! But yeah, too close to [name_f]Lily[/name_f]. I could see them as nicknames for each other though. [name_f]Lilouenn[/name_f] can definitely get the nn [name_f]Lily[/name_f], and while a bit of a stretch, [name_f]Lily[/name_f] can sometimes be called [name_f]Lilouenn[/name_f] too!
[name_f]Lilouenn[/name_f] is hands down my favorite find from my time in [name_f]France[/name_f], and is one of my absolute favorite [name_m]French[/name_m] names. it’s completely underused in [name_f]France[/name_f] as well! I love both it and [name_f]Lilou[/name_f], and I would say use all 3 (Lilouenn, [name_f]Lilou[/name_f], and Lily) so you get 3 beautiful names in 1
