Which do you prefer as a first name?
It’s hard to choose because I love both! Maybe i slightly prefer [name_f]Sophie[/name_f].
Lily for me.
Lily! It’s very soft sounding and elegant and graceful whereas [name_f]Sophie[/name_f] sounds a bit harsher. I personally don’t like [name_f]Sophie[/name_f] loads but that could just be me.
Lily.
Sophie seems more substantial
I love both, but lately I’ve been preferring [name_f]Lily[/name_f]
I strongly prefer [name_f]Sophie[/name_f]. I prefer the sound, and honestly lilies just aren’t the top of my list when it comes to floral choices.
I’m biased, as I’m a [name_f]Sophie[/name_f], but I’ve never had any problems with it (bar the occasional [name_f]Sophia[/name_f] from someone who can’t read) and I think it’s a name that’s sweet on a kid but also solid as an adult.
I prefer [name_f]Sophie[/name_f], but [name_f]Lily[/name_f]’s very sweet.
I am also biased, as a [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_f]My[/name_f] mom named me for her love of gardening. Of course, I’m not into gardening, but I love that she named me for her passion. I think it’s a very pretty yet spunky name. I was also always the only [name_f]Lily[/name_f] I knew, surprisingly. I know it got popular a few years after I was born but I still haven’t met another [name_f]Lily[/name_f] (if you discount maybe two Liliannas and one [name_f]Lillian[/name_f]).
[name_f]Lily[/name_f] would get my vote because I love floral names but [name_f]Sophie[/name_f] is sweet too
I don’t know if I can choose: I love both! Leaning slightly towards [name_f]Lily[/name_f], though…if I have to choose.
Lily!!
Lily. I don’t really like [name_f]Sophie[/name_f]. [name_f]Sophia[/name_f] is much nicer IMO.
Lily!
I like the sleek, sophisticated [name_f]Sophie[/name_f]
Sophie–I love it! It seems like the perfect balance of down-to-earth sweetness and sophisticated strength. [name_f]Lily[/name_f] is really sweet too though.
Lily is my favourite, I love [name_f]Lily[/name_f]! So sweet and pretty.
