Does this work? How would you pronounce it?
It might work. I’d pronounce it liz-o.
It works, though I don’t personally care much for the name. I would pronounce it lih-zoh (same way as [name_u]Laurie[/name_u]). [name_f]My[/name_f] first association was Lizzo, so that’s something to keep in mind.
I am not a huge fan of Liso personally, but I’d pronounce it with a soft “z” like [name_u]Lee[/name_u]-zoh. I think its workable as a name though!
If you’re open to suggestions (please feel free ignore if not!), [name_u]Lisa[/name_u] is a diminutive of [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] - names like [name_u]Elisha[/name_u], [name_u]Elias[/name_u], and [name_m]Elijah[/name_m] might be alternatives to consider. [name_u]Lee[/name_u] and [name_u]Lesley[/name_u] have a similar vibe too.
I’d pronounce it like [name_u]Lisa[/name_u] with an o sound at the end of it -lees-oh
I think it works
My first thought was Lizzo the singer.
Not a bad association though…
Otherwise I think Liso is a good honor name
I would pronounce it lee-zo. I first thought of Lizzo, the artist.
You could consider [name_m]Laszlo[/name_m]/Lazlo maybe, kind of have similar sonorities with Liso and is near of [name_u]Lisa[/name_u] (with the L and the A).
I like the idea of Liso (I totally love a name ending in O) but I also find myself wanting to pronounce this Lizzo not lees-oh. This is likely a stretch but would [name_m]Eliseo[/name_m] work?
Le-so?
I like it better than [name_u]Lisa[/name_u].
I wonder about a longer name with Liso as nn? [name_m]Lysander[/name_m] or something like that.
I like it. I would pronounce it lee-soh.
Seconding [name_m]Eliseo[/name_m], [name_u]Elisha[/name_u] and [name_m]Laszlo[/name_m].
