We have one girl’s name picked out that’s for sure. [name]Romilly[/name] Poppea [name]Loren[/name]. We are starting to work on a list for a second girl, should the twins be girlys. We’d love any and all opinions and suggestions!

[name]Philadelphia[/name]- A little too long imo.
[name]Camellia[/name]- Prefer [name]Camila[/name], it looks much cleaner.
[name]Azalea[/name]- I love this one and I think it goes lovely with [name]Romilly[/name].
[name]Andromeda[/name]- I bit to much imho.
[name]Luella[/name]- I dont like this one. It feels very different than [name]Romilly[/name] imo.
[name]Willabelle[/name]- I’d like it better if it were [name]Willa[/name] [name]Belle[/name]. [name]Willa[/name] is lovely.
[name]Minerva[/name]- I dont like this one. It sounds very unpleasent imo.
[name]Miuccia[/name]- I’ve never seen this one. [name]How[/name] is it pronounced?
[name]Holliday[/name]- Too much of a word/last name imo.
[name]Nigella[/name]- I dont think this one goes well with [name]Romilly[/name].
[name]Tamarind[/name]- Another name I’ve never seen before. Is it [name]Tam[/name]-uh-rin?

As soon as i saw [name]Romilly[/name] the first name i thought of that would make a really cute sister was [name]Bellamy[/name]! Although kind of matchy, i think they world well together, as their nicknames (maybe [name]Romy[/name] and [name]Bell[/name]/[name]Bella[/name]) are distinct and really great together!
What do you think about [name]Bellamy[/name]?

Instead of [name]Willabelle[/name], what about [name]Mirabelle[/name]? [name]Mirabelle[/name] and [name]Romilly[/name] are sweet together, I think, and [name]Romy[/name] and [name]Belle[/name] are such great nicknames!

Wow I love [name]Romilly[/name] Poppea [name]Loren[/name]! So pretty.

[name]Luisa[/name] - prefer [name]Louisa[/name] but love this name. It is really great with [name]Romilly[/name]. Perfectly girly, not to common, very sweet. [name]Romy[/name] and [name]Lou[/name]/[name]Lulu[/name] would be adorable together, imo.

[name]Philadelphia[/name]- way too long as a first name I think. It’s a lot for one little girl to handle. Plus it means “brotherly love” which seems weird to me on a girl. Maybe [name]Philomena[/name] (a bit shorter but still a lot to handle) or [name]Delphina[/name] instead?

[name]Camellia[/name] - cute. prefer [name]Camilla[/name], but [name]Camellia[/name] is still very pretty. [name]Love[/name] the nickname [name]Cami[/name].

[name]Azalea[/name] - love this with [name]Romilly[/name]!

[name]Andromeda[/name] - feels very different that [name]Romilly[/name]. [name]Andromeda[/name] sounds very…well…androgynous and masculine while [name]Romilly[/name] is very girly. If you like the sound [name]Andrea[/name] or [name]Adriana[/name] would work. If you like it because it’s a myth/space name how about [name]Daphne[/name], [name]Aurora[/name], or [name]Penelope[/name].

[name]Luella[/name] - like this but prefer [name]Louisa[/name]. [name]Luella[/name] and [name]Romilly[/name] is a lot of L’s also.

[name]Willabelle[/name] - sounds made up next to [name]Romilly[/name]. Another very L heavy name. Prefer Wilhemina nn [name]Willa[/name], or just [name]Willa[/name]. Very sassy but still cute.

[name]Minerva[/name] - [name]Minerva[/name] sounds a lot older than [name]Romilly[/name] but I could still see the two together. Plus the nn [name]Mina[/name] or [name]Minny[/name] is very cute. Makes me think of HP but thats just me.

[name]Miuccia[/name] - not a big fan. Sounds out of place with [name]Romilly[/name].

[name]Holliday[/name] - not sure that this is a word name that’s ready to come back yet. [name]Hollis[/name] would be a good substitute.

[name]Nigella[/name] - hmm not sure how to feel about this one. I usually like it but with [name]Romilly[/name] I’m not so sure.

[name]Tamarind[/name] - makes me think of the spice. Maybe a bit too exotic with [name]Romilly[/name], but it could work. A bit long and I’m not a big fan of any nn’s for it ([name]Tammy[/name]…Rindy…)

My favorites from the list are definitely [name]Louisa[/name] and [name]Azalea[/name]. I think with [name]Romilly[/name] you need something equally feminine and pretty. Some other ideas:

[name]Andromeda[/name] - I think this is too much. [name]Andie[/name] is an accessible nickname, though. Ask yourself if you would like to introduce yourself as [name]Andromeda[/name].
[name]Luella[/name]- I love [name]Luella[/name] so much.
[name]Willabelle[/name] - I’m sure I’m in the minority but I think [name]Willabelle[/name] is really sweet. It was on my list for a while. You may also like Cleobelle or [name]Elizabelle[/name]

BTW, [name]Miuccia[/name], which I am probably going to use as a middle for [name]Aza[/name], is after Prada and Miu Miu designer [name]Miuccia[/name] Prada. It’s pronounced Mee-oo-CHEE-a.
So [name]Aza[/name] will be [name]Azalea[/name] [name]Miuccia[/name] Something

Haha. I get that. We nixed [name]Daria[/name] because it sounded like diarrhea and [name]Cooper[/name] because it sounded like Pooper.

I think Poppea is more like [name]Poppy[/name], which is very popular, plus as a middle, it’s less likely she’ll be teased.

Interesting - the first six I love, the next couple not so much.
[name]Miuccia[/name] - I need to like a name for more than its sound. That said, if this one is mee-oo-chee-a, it’s way prettier than I usually find Italian names to be.
[name]Holliday[/name] - Only know it as a last name, and wouldn’t like it as a first. My reaction would be, “Which holiday?”
[name]Nigella[/name] - So not my style.
[name]Tamarind[/name] - I hope you say the D… but even though it’s a spice, it reminds me more of a monkey.
