On Wikipedia, you can find an Ianeira listed as a mythological Nereid (Nereids - Wikipedia) and there’s also an Ianeira listed as an Oceanid but only on the Greek version of Wikipedia, not the English one. You can probably find mention of the Oceanid Ianeira on other sites, though! It’s pronounced ee-AH-nee-ra in Greek.
Ιt’s hard to find an origin, but the three sources I found say: “lady of the Ionians”, “Ionian”, and “desire strongly”. I could also see it meaning “dream for/desire a cure” from Ia- (iaomai = cure) and -neira (neiromai = desire/dream), but I was never a great student in my Ancient Greek class 
Either way I’m not finding the meaning of “enchantress” anywhere.
