looking at nickname options

So my family loooves to give nicknames. I wanted your thoughts on some nn options I’ve been thinking about. We will wait till she’s here obviously before we give her a nn. I just wanted to put some thought into our options before my family chooses one.

Full name: [name_f]Jillian[/name_f] [name_f]Christina[/name_f] (my mother’s name)

nn options:
[name_f]Jill[/name_f] - I’m sure [name_f]Jill[/name_f] and [name_f]Jilly[/name_f] would be used interchangeably
[name_f]Jilly[/name_f] - Would this be okay if she ended up being called this most of the time or is it too cutesy/silly. I looked up an interview with [name_f]Jilly[/name_f] [name_m]Cooper[/name_m] and it sounds so cute with a British accent. I’m in the US so we won’t be using the cute British accent :slight_smile:
JC - Thoughts on this initial name combo? Does it remind you too much of [name_m]Jesus[/name_m] [name_m]Christ[/name_m]?

[name_f]Lia[/name_f] and [name_f]Ann[/name_f] are other options too
[name_f]Jill[/name_f] is OK never cared for it
[name_f]Jilly[/name_f] sounds too cutesy to be used when she is older in my opinion but cute for a baby or toddler
JC is waaaaayyyy too connected to [name_m]Jesus[/name_m]

[name_f]Jilly[/name_f] is lovely (and she will probably choose her own nn when she is older anyway, or choose not to have one) xx

P.s I always ask myself ‘would I like to be called…?’ And yes, i wouldn’t mind [name_f]Jilly[/name_f] as a name at all x

JILLYBEAN :heart: I prefer [name_f]Jill[/name_f] though, I think it ages better.

I think [name_f]Jilly[/name_f] or Jasey are cute
