i’d like a sweet girly name that she can also grow up with, and that flows nicely w/my sons name [name]Alexander[/name]. heres a few examples of names i like:
[name]Analeigh[/name]: i love it but look at the first 4 letters…
[name]Delilah[/name]: i think its beautiful but hubby doesnt like it
[name]Anastasia[/name]: maybe too matchy matchy w/[name]Alexander[/name]
[name]Daphne[/name]: my sons pick
[name]Grace[/name]: i love it but this is my husbands cousins name
[name]Serena[/name]: another cousins name that i love
[name]Analeigh[/name]: I love this name too but my hubby sees the first 4 letters too.
[name]Delilah[/name]: What about [name]Lila[/name]/[name]Lilah[/name], [name]Dahlia[/name]…
[name]Anastasia[/name]: I do love [name]Anastasia[/name] but it might be too matchy. Lets see what others say.
[name]Daphne[/name]: Is actually on my short list. [name]Alexander[/name] and [name]Daphne[/name], maybe.
[name]Grace[/name]: I feel it’s pretty common but it does work with your sons name. If you don’t mind unisex names [name]Grayson[/name], nn [name]Grace[/name].
[name]Serena[/name]: This one isn’t really my style. I like [name]Carina[/name], [name]Corina[/name], [name]Sabrina[/name], or [name]Marina[/name].
This first name that came to my mind was [name]Elizabeth[/name].
I think [name]Alexander[/name] and [name]Elizabeth[/name] would be great together not to mention all of the nickname possibilities with [name]Elizabeth[/name]. There was a thread that was started that was all about the many nn’s of [name]Elizabeth[/name], you might be surprised.
Lets see [name]Alexander[/name] and
[name]Colette[/name]
[name]Evangeline[/name]
[name]Genevieve[/name]
[name]Isadora[/name]
[name]Josephine[/name]
[name]Julianne[/name]
[name]Lorelei[/name]
[name]Leonie[/name]
[name]Marissa[/name]
[name]Priscilla[/name] - it has that [name]Anastasia[/name] feel to me.
[name]Rhiannon[/name]
[name]Sidonie[/name]
[name]Veronica[/name]
I think [name]Alexander[/name] is a very handsome name. I thought I’d mention that [name]Analeigh[/name] may very well be the butt off anally jokes. (No pun intended…)
I love Irish’s [name]Anneliese[/name] suggestion!
Some more you may like (my apologies for repeats):
I love [name]Anastasia[/name], and it doesn’t seem at all too ‘matchy’ with [name]Alexander[/name]. It’s a totally different name! Now if you were thinking of naming your daughter [name]Alexandra[/name], then I’d say, 'woah, wait a minute …", but not with [name]Anastasia[/name]. I say go for it!
I love the name [name]Analeigh[/name], like you. But, I prefer the spelling [name]Annalie[/name]. It’s pretty and the first four letters are bad at all.
I love the name [name]Alexander[/name]
[name]Annalie[/name] [name]Grace[/name] would be so cute
Also, [name]Annelie[/name] is a [name]German[/name] spelling and [name]Anneli[/name] is Finnish. I much prefer these to [name]Analeigh[/name] as they look more classy and away from the ‘kr8tiv’ feel.
