We’ve got three choices on the cards for a little girl, but are struggling to find a middle name which sounds just right with [name]Willa[/name]…
[name]Willa[/name] [name]Penelope[/name] is a little much of a tongue twister ([name]Penelope[/name] being the middle name we had picked out regardless of first name) so I’ve been looking further afield.
I have always loved the name [name]Delphine[/name], but my husband says that the D and the ‘ph’ in the middle remind him of the word dolphin.
Have put Delvine and [name]Delfine[/name] out there as alternatives, which were received with a kind of ‘okay’ nod. No cartwheels but then, he isn’t really a ‘cartwheels’ kinda guy.
What do you think of [name]Willa[/name] [name]Delfine[/name], and [name]Willa[/name] Delvine? Any criticism?
Plus any ideas would be great- am finding [name]Willa[/name] a tricky name to pair up…
I really like [name]Willa[/name] [name]Delfine[/name]! "F"s are kind of off-putting in names to me, so I definitely prefer the [name]Delphine[/name] spelling, but if that’s an absolute no-go for him, I think [name]Willa[/name] [name]Delfine[/name] is a great compromise. I really like the two names together!
If you’re still looking for other options, I think [name]Willa[/name] [name]Juliette[/name], [name]Willa[/name] [name]Caroline[/name], or [name]Willa[/name] [name]Josephine[/name] would be wonderful.
[name]Willa[/name] [name]Delfine[/name]/[name]Delphine[/name] works, but it’s not my style. I love [name]Ashley[/name]'s suggestion of [name]Willa[/name] [name]Caroline[/name]! Other ideas:
