Reaching out, hoping to receive some good ideas from this forum: We already have two daughters [name_f]Alma[/name_f] (5) and [name_f]Selma[/name_f] (2.5). Our third daughter was recently born, but we’ve run out of girls’ names… any suggestions? Great if they could somehow phonetically sound similar (yet not too similar) to [name_f]Alma[/name_f] and [name_f]Selma[/name_f], and preferably have a deeper meaning, ideally an “[name_f]East[/name_f]-meets-[name_u]West[/name_u]” name (we’ve a family with roots in both Scandinavia and South [name_f]Asia[/name_f], and have spent considerable time in the Middle [name_f]East[/name_f]). Any great suggestions? Many thanks in advance…

Hmmm…the names of your first two daughters reminded me of many beautiful names I have heard from Bosnia, which seems like an [name_f]East[/name_f] meets [name_u]West[/name_u] place to me. Here are a few I thought of:
[name_f]Esma[/name_f]
[name_f]Emina[/name_f]
[name_f]Naida[/name_f]
[name_f]Mila[/name_f]

[name_f]Lara[/name_f]
Mirsada
Raifa
[name_f]Una[/name_f]
Amela
I don’t know the meaning of these names, but some of them seem like they might fit in. [name_f]Do[/name_f] any of these sound interesting to you, or if you are more interested in specifically Scandinavian names such as [name_f]Ingrid[/name_f], [name_f]Sigrid[/name_f], or [name_f]Anna[/name_f]-gret? What have you considered?
[name_f]Alma[/name_f], [name_f]Selma[/name_f] and
[name_f]Paloma[/name_f] -my fav with your girls names:)
[name_f]Samara[/name_f]
[name_f]Thea[/name_f]
[name_f]Vera[/name_f]

[name_f]Maya[/name_f]
[name_f]Paloma[/name_f] seems to go great with your girls names
[name_f]Alma[/name_f], [name_f]Selma[/name_f] and [name_f]Thelma[/name_f].
