I definitely prefer [name_m]Eli[/name_m]. [name_m]Ellis[/name_m] could be a good option too!

[name_m]Ethan[/name_m] gets my vote! [name_m]Classic[/name_m], strong, and suits all ages. Although you can’t go wrong with either. Congrats!
Both are fantastic names, but I love [name_m]Eli[/name_m] slightly more
I prefer the sound Eli but the completeness of Ethan. So I would go a third option: Elias or maybe Elijah.
I also think with an E last name, it’s about flow to last name. Some E firsts will be easier to say than others with alliteration, syllable count, and an I (Eli) versus say an N ending (Ethan).
If only these two, would go Eli as it’s more spunky and friendly to me but Ethan’s very reliable.

I prefer [name_m]Eli[/name_m].
I really love [name_m]Ethan[/name_m]! It sounds both strong and gentle to me. [name_m]Eli[/name_m] looks and sounds incomplete, and I don’t like the “lie” sound.
[name_m]Ethan[/name_m] for me! [name_m]Eli[/name_m] is handsome but I don’t love the biblical namesake, so [name_m]Ethan[/name_m] is my first instinct.
[name_m]Everett[/name_m], [name_m]Ezra[/name_m], [name_m]Emerson[/name_m], [name_m]Ellis[/name_m], or [name_m]Ewan[/name_m] are also great if you’re looking for other options!

[name_m]Eli[/name_m] for sure! [name_m]Ethan[/name_m] is very popular where I am, so it feels a bit overdone for me - if that doesn’t bother you, then go for it!
