Name for a character in a LOTR fanfiction I will probably never write but have fun plotting… She’s the daughter of a woman of [name_u]Rohan[/name_u] and a [name_u]Ranger[/name_u] but is adopted by Legolas and Gimli as a child- her bio dad died in the [name_m]Ring[/name_m] War and her mom dies of an illness later. She has light brown skin, brown eyes, and black hair that she wears very long and in two braids as an adult. She’s good with a bow and an excellent rider but her true calling is blacksmithing. Her name would be in the convention of the Rohirrim which seems to like using “wyn” as an endling for female names which led to me looking at Welsh names though I know they are based more on Saxons. Top consideration is [name_f]Arianwyn[/name_f].

Then her gf who is rider of [name_u]Rohan[/name_u] in the new guard that accepts women after [name_f]Eowyn[/name_f]’s example in the [name_m]Ring[/name_m] war. She’s fair skinned, with long dirty blonde hair that always looks windswept, and blue eyes.
