For some reason this is my newest name crush. I could also be spelled [name_f]Lota[/name_f] - spelling more common in Croatia. It’s pronounced Loh-tuh. WDYT of [name_f]Lotta[/name_f]/[name_f]Lota[/name_f]?
What a pretty name! I think if you were to use the name, you should go with the Croatian spelling. I would pronounce [name_f]Lotta[/name_f] as Lot-tah and [name_f]Lota[/name_f] as Loh-tuh and I think most other people would too. So if you want the right pronunciation, you should choose [name_f]Lota[/name_f] 
With that pronunciation, I think [name_f]Lota[/name_f] would be the better spelling. [name_f]Lotta[/name_f] would be lot-uh, like “my children have a lotta toys”. Although, since [name_f]Lota[/name_f] is unusual, I could see people mispronouncing it as Lot-uh on first sight.
