Hello, what are your thoughts on Lotus? I’ve been liking as a mm for both female and male, especially paired with Saylor Lotus(g), and Sailor Lotus(b). But I’ve read on some old threads, that it makes them think of a certain substance, which I personally don’t get the association, but anyways, thoughts on the name alone and with the combos?

I love [name_u]Lotus[/name_u]! It’s so fun and lively. I don’t know what the association is supposed to be so that’s a good thing at least. Saylor/Sailor [name_u]Lotus[/name_u] sounds nice, I do think it’s a lot of S and L sounds though and I kinda trip over it. Overall I love [name_u]Lotus[/name_u]!

I’m not sure I’d personally use it as a first, but I think it’s perfectly usable in the middle. I’m not loving it with Saylor/Sailor for the same reasons as @leafygreens, but with another first that doesn’t share the same sounds, I bet it would be lovely!
Oh, and I’m not aware of the association either if that helps.
I love [name_u]Lotus[/name_u] for a girl! Although, some people have said that it sounds like lettuce. I prefer the spelling [name_u]Sailor[/name_u] for a girl and just in general. [name_u]Sailor[/name_u] [name_u]Lotus[/name_u] is pretty!
