I used to have lounge access, then we moved had baby etc. And I was less active for a period and lost my access. I assumed when my activity levels returned access would to? But that doesn’t seem to be the case. Is there anyway to restore lounge access?

I believe if you message @/Kipperbo1 she can tell you what all you need to do to gain access back. I think they changed the critetia for earning Lounge access so it’s a little more stringent than it used to be
