I don’t love it, I don’t hate it. I grew up in [name]Kensington[/name], so it’s simply weird for me that anyone would call their child this. I’d expect to meet little Tooting, Clapham, Islington, Fitzrovia and Belsize next.
Too masculine. I don’t like it. I have a cousin in her early twenties named [name]Kenzie[/name]. She’s quite eclectic and spunky, it fits her. I’d suggest [name]Kenzie[/name] or [name]Kensley[/name] for you.
Dislike. [name]Kensington[/name] isn’t feminine in the least.
I do not love or hate this name. The nn Kensi is really cute. [name]Mackenzie[/name] has never appealed to me for a girl, but I do like [name]Kenzie[/name], so it is a good way to get to [name]Kenzie[/name]… It isn’t my style, since I prefer names with a vintage vibe vs trendy sounding names, but the name [name]Kensington[/name] isn’t unappealing. I know someone that named her daughter Carigan. It reminds me of names like that - in the last name category. Like [name]Leighton[/name]… I don’t think it is a terrible name at all.
[name]Kensington[/name] Gardens is in [name]London[/name], [name]England[/name], and also, the one that I have been to on [name]Prince[/name] [name]Edward[/name] Island, [name]Canada[/name].
I don’t like surnames as first names much, but the length of this one just makes it seem kind of pretentious. Kensi is a cute nickname for it, although a little overdone, in my opinion.
I have had this picked since jr high Kenzington [name]Jade[/name] was my choice
As a [name]Kenzi[/name] (nn) I do like it! My full name is [name]Mackenzi[/name] and for some reason people tend to use my first syllable as my nn. I’ve noticed it more recently that a lot of people at work will just call me “[name]Mack[/name]” which I just shrug it off. I’ve never been super picky. but it just reminds me of a [name]Mac[/name] Truck! When I was younger I hated my full name and insisted on being called just [name]Kenzi[/name]. (I hated my middle name “[name]Bray[/name]” as well)
I think with a shorter pretty feminine middle name it could be very pretty. I’ve always liked the name [name]Kennedy[/name] for a girl as well and [name]Kensington[/name] fits in the same category in my opinion.
i like it
I really don’t think it sounds pretentious at all, nor masculine. The only problem I would have with it is that it is reallyyy long. I met a tiny little girl named [name]Kensington[/name] the other day and I thought it was nice- but it just seemed like a lot of name for such a little one!

I don’t like it. It sounds masculine, as well as a bit of a made up mouthful. If I ran across a girl named [name]Kensington[/name], I’d probably think her parents were trying too hard to sound pretentious and uppity. Sorry.
I don’t like it at all. It’s not quite hate, but it’s close.
Yes. My thoughts except I don’t live in [name]London[/name]. Wouldn’t mind it so much as a middle name for a boy.
