[name_m]Luca[/name_m] is so overused in my area- Midwest US (for good reason, it’s a great name just so popular)… I love the other options though with my favorite =Matteo. Good luck!

I would go with [name_m]Matteo[/name_m] or [name_m]Luca[/name_m]. Personally I love [name_m]Matteo[/name_m], but either one is great. With your last name, I would skip [name_m]Stefano[/name_m].

I like them all, but favour [name_m]Luca[/name_m]. With a surname ending in “ana”, [name_m]Matteo[/name_m] might work best.
