I love seeing how different people view different names. It’s so fun to see the differences. I’m curious to see how people view the name [name_f]Lucille[/name_f]. Not whether people like it or not, just what imagery or feeling comes to mind. (It’s my daughter’s name but I’m totally confident in her name so if an image of an evil, warty witch comes to mind, feel free to share. It won’t offend me.)

[name_f]Lucille[/name_f] gives me gentle, soft vibes -there’s something sweet and down to earth
Maybe it sounds weird but it gives me imagery of fluffy cushions, soft gentle, pastel colours- pink, blues and purples - glitter and bunting, summer garden parties

I first think of the [name_f]Lucille[/name_f] character from the [name_f]Junie[/name_f] B. [name_m]Jones[/name_m] series. She’s a little snobby but wears beautiful clothes.

While my imagery is on the fussier side, it’s not negative to me. I get a refined type of vibe that also manages to not be overly serious.

An adult [name_f]Lucille[/name_f] probably has a nice house and only serves gourmet food and gives good advice. She’s an INTJ or INFJ.

[name_f]Lucille[/name_f] is a 1950s kind of name. A big skirt, sock hops, undeniably funny ([name_f]Lucille[/name_f] Ball!). I personally prefer [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] because [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] is gentler and simpler, but [name_f]Lucille[/name_f] is a sassy and spunky alternative.

I think about [name_u]Texas[/name_u] and those areas, roadtrips in the desert. I feel like it could be a really old lady, or it could be on a little girl, and it’s really cool and pretty on the young girl.

Thanks all. That was really fun to read. Before it was my daughter’s name, the name [name_f]Lucille[/name_f] always had a very happy feel but also a very confident intelligence.
My [name_f]Lucille[/name_f] is a social butterfly, friends with everyone she meets, obsessed with all things purple. Her pre school teacher tells me she’s the best artist in class. I think a lot of your descriptions are a pretty accurate description of my [name_f]Lucille[/name_f].
