I would say [name_f]Mabelle[/name_f] because i personally think the spelling looks nicer

Depends in how you like it pronounced… [name_f]Mabelle[/name_f] has a distinct bell on the end. For me [name_f]Mabel[/name_f] is more like [name_f]Maple[/name_f] with a B.

If you’re aiming for the “may-bull” pronunciation, I’d go with [name_f]Mabel[/name_f].

[name_f]Mabelle[/name_f] seems like it should be pronounced “mah-belle”

I think between these two I prefer [name_f]Mabel[/name_f]. [name_f]Mabelle[/name_f] to me seems like it should be pronounced like mab-ull or mab-ell. But between [name_f]Mabel[/name_f] and [name_f]Maybelle[/name_f], I prefer [name_f]Maybelle[/name_f]!

I prefer Mabel, and/because I’d say them differently:

Mabel - may-buhl
Mabelle - mahb-elle

[name_f]Mabel[/name_f]. [name_f]Mabelle[/name_f] would be a totally different name for me, pronounced like muh-BELL.

I pronounce them differently but if you are going for the May-buhl pronunciation I would go with [name_f]Mabel[/name_f].

I actually prefer [name_f]Maybelle[/name_f] over [name_f]Mabelle[/name_f] and [name_f]Mabel[/name_f] just because [name_f]Mabel[/name_f] I pronounce may-bull and [name_f]Mabelle[/name_f] just looks strange like a a farmer saying “my bell” but it sounding like muh-BELL. [name_f]Maybelle[/name_f] is just pronounced how it looks, may-bell, and it sounds nicer and looks so cute too. But compared between [name_f]Mabel[/name_f] and [name_f]Mabelle[/name_f], I’d go with [name_f]Mabel[/name_f]

[name_f]Mabel[/name_f]. I don’t like [name_f]Mabelle[/name_f], it just seems unnecessary and can be confusing with how its said (seems like it’d be ma-BELLE and not MAY-bel).

I prefer [name_f]Mabelle[/name_f], not only because I prefer the look and it is most familiar to me, but also because I think the spelling and pronunciation might be confusing.

I prefer [name_f]Mabel[/name_f], as it feels established, while [name_f]Mabelle[/name_f] looks like a made up name to me. Also, prefer the sound of [name_f]Mabel[/name_f] than “Mah-belle” which is how I would pronounce [name_f]Mabelle[/name_f].

For me [name_f]Mabel[/name_f] = MAY-buhl and [name_f]Mabelle[/name_f] = may-BELL. Given that I’d go for [name_f]Mabel[/name_f], because I prefer the sound.

[name_f]Mabel[/name_f] is [name_f]Mabel[/name_f] and I would choose it. Middle of my beloved great grandmother.

[name_f]Mabelle[/name_f] is Ma-Belle, not [name_f]Mabel[/name_f], and I would not choose it.
