I prefer [name]Madoc[/name]. I don’t think either needs a nn but maybe you could use [name]Mac[/name]/[name]Max[/name].
[name]Angelina[/name] [name]Jolie[/name]…blech. Plus there are tons of them right now. I would keep looking.
