Magali

Beginning to like it. pronounced Ma-ga-li, also spelled [name_f]Magaly[/name_f]
[name_f][/name_f]not expecting just a huge name fan lol
[name_f][/name_f]thoughts?

The sounds still sound a bit comical to me (in [name_f]English[/name_f], [name_f]French[/name_f] is prettier) but maybe I just need to say/hear it more.

[name_f][/name_f]

Right now, I’d still go for [name_f]Marguerite[/name_f], [name_f]Magdalene[/name_f], [name_f]Marjorie[/name_f] or [name_f]Marsali[/name_f] etc.

I really like it. It’s quite dated in [name_f]France[/name_f] now but I think it looks and sounds bouncy and offbeat in a cute way.

I really want to like it. as others have said, it’s quirky and offbeat.

[name_f][/name_f]

unfortunately, as an american, I cant look past the first 4 letters and their negative connotation

[name_f][/name_f]

I like it a lot, but prefer the Magalie spelling. [name_f][/name_f] I do prefer other forms of [name_f]Magdalene[/name_f], myself, though, including [name_f]Madeleine[/name_f], [name_f]Madelaine[/name_f], [name_f]Magdalen[/name_f], [name_f]Maddalena[/name_f], and [name_f]Magdalene[/name_f] itself, more, but I do like it!

I like [name_f]Magaly[/name_f] (choose your spelling). I do think it’s good to at least come from a Latin-based-language-speaking family.
