Main Character name

So I’m currently brainstorming on a story I’m planning on writing and so far I’ve got three main characters. My story is loosely based off Norse and Celtic culture/mythology particularly the Norse cosmology and Ragnarok.

The first character I’ve come up with is (I haven’t picked a middle name yet):
[name_f]Thora[/name_f] - which is Norse meaning thunder goddess or a variation of [name_m]Thor[/name_m]
Tuireann - which is of Irish origin and mythology. It supposably means “Thunderer” and he was the Irish god of thunder as well

I want the names to “flow” well, names that sound nice together. The other names I’ve chose for the other main characters are

[name_f]Liv[/name_f] a Norse name meaning “Life” and [name_m]Eric[/name_m] also a Norse name meaning “[name_f]Eternal[/name_f] Ruler” though I have yet to find a surname that I like to match both names. I want your opinion on the names I have chosen and if you think [name_f]Thora[/name_f] Tuireann sounds nice or would advise on choosing another.

I think you could use [name_f]Thora[/name_f] and Tuireann as separate names for two characters. I think no parent would give their child a name that is exactly the same meaning as their surname. [name_m]How[/name_m] would you pronounce Tuireann? You could pick random Irish surnames you like if you want to mix the two cultures e.g.
[name_f]Thora[/name_f] O’[name_m]Hearn[/name_m]
[name_f]Thora[/name_f] [name_m]Burke[/name_m]
[name_f]Thora[/name_f] [name_m]Cearbhall[/name_m] prounounced [name_u]Carroll[/name_u]
