I’m writing a story where I’m having a bit of trouble picking a name for the main character. The plot takes place in the US in the present. The main character is 16 years old and half Latina, half white. She’s a little tan, with brown hair and dark eyes. She looks a lot like her Cuban mother, except she’s got some of her dad’s American facial features. She’s a gentle and kind girl, and very sweet and pristine. I want her to have a “white” or American name, as it’ll be her father who chooses her name. I’m looking for a name that’s not too common, but not too unusual either.

I like something like [name_f]Jenna[/name_f] or [name_u]Taylor[/name_u], but if those are too popular maybe something like [name_f]Lilia[/name_f] or [name_f]Erin[/name_f]. I’m not very good at naming characters sorry if you hate my suggestions
