Male form of Patricia?

My mother-in-law has passed away and we want to honor her. Her name was [name]Patricia[/name]. Is the male equivalent of that [name]Patrick[/name]? Is the Italian form [name]Patrizio[/name]? Would love some help!

[name]Padraig[/name] also

Yes, those are correct. Really like [name]Patrick[/name]! NB lists [name]Patten[/name] in one of the variants under [name]Patrick[/name]; perhaps that could honor a [name]Patricia[/name] as well.

Yes [name]Patrick[/name] is, I really like it as an honour to a [name]Patricia[/name].

[name]Both[/name] [name]Patrick[/name] and [name]Patrizio[/name] would be beautiful ways to honor his mother.
Other alternatives include:
[name]Patricius[/name], Pherick, Patariki, [name]Pate[/name], Pàdraig/Padrig

Or [name]Patricio[/name], the Spanish way.

Or there’s [name]Richard[/name]/[name]Ricardo[/name] if you wanted to use the ‘ric’ part of [name]Patricia[/name]

Thanks so much everybody! Your feedback really helped a lot!

I would use [name]Patrick[/name].
