I’m going to give a few possibilities, I don’t know how much to your taste they may be:
[name_m]Louis[/name_m] or [name_m]Lewis[/name_m]
[name_m]Lorenzo[/name_m], [name_m]Lorenz[/name_m]
[name_u]Lawrence[/name_u]
[name_m]Leonce[/name_m] (an old [name_m]French[/name_m] one)
[name_m]Liston[/name_m]
[name_m]Lief[/name_m]
[name_m]Linus[/name_m]
[name_u]Lionel[/name_u]
[name_m]Lucian[/name_m]
The first name that came to mind is [name_m]Louis[/name_m]. It seems similar enough to honor [name_u]Lisa[/name_u]. [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] has a close meaning to [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] (where [name_u]Lisa[/name_u] comes from).
Some more names containing the letters L-I-S-A in them: [name_m]Silas[/name_m], [name_u]Elisha[/name_u], [name_u]Carlisle[/name_u], [name_m]Lisandro[/name_m], [name_m]Tallis[/name_m], [name_m]Vitalis[/name_m], [name_u]Wallis[/name_u]
Other names that come close: [name_u]Lisle[/name_u], [name_m]Collis[/name_m], [name_u]Hollis[/name_u], [name_u]Ellis[/name_u], [name_m]Willis[/name_m]
I thought of [name_m]Leo[/name_m], because the first syllable is the same. I have to second the suggestions of [name_m]Lisandro[/name_m] and [name_m]Liston[/name_m]. Those are pretty genius.
I would use an anagram of [name_u]Lisa[/name_u], like Sail or Lais. Both of which don’t really make a name. I would go with pp suggestion of just using a name with [name_u]Lisa[/name_u] mixed in. Or using one with a similar meaning.
Suggestions:
[name_u]Sailor[/name_u] (contains the letters)
[name_m]Lysander[/name_m] (sorta contains [name_u]Lisa[/name_u] in first part)
[name_u]Linden[/name_u]
[name_f]Alis[/name_f] (anagram)
[name_u]Sal[/name_u]
Isal (anagram)
[name_m]Fox[/name_m] (The Russian word for fox is prn [name_u]Lisa[/name_u])
Lezith
[name_m]Gilbert[/name_m]
[name_m]Arlan[/name_m] (similar meaning)
[name_m]Eliseo[/name_m] (similar meaning)
[name_u]Ellis[/name_u]
I went with male names with similar sounds or contains many of the same letters. [name_u]Lisa[/name_u] is a diminutive of [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] which doesn’t have a masculine form and the meaning is hard to match.
I think I’ve mostly got repeats… I found a site that you can put up to 3 names into and it uses the letters from those names to find names. Adding the middle name of who you want to honor might come up with some more ideas.
Using letters from [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] or [name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f] comes up with:
[name_m]Abe[/name_m]
[name_u]Blaze[/name_u]
[name_m]Heath[/name_m]
[name_m]Basil[/name_m]
