I was think about the name [name_f]Mariah[/name_f] lately, and how much I used to like it years ago. When I asked my partner about it he instantly loved it, so we agreed if we have another daughter her name will most likely be [name_f]Mariah[/name_f]. However, I was thinking it’s too modern sounding to go with our eldest daughter [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f]’s name. What do you think of the name? Are [name_f]Mariah[/name_f] & [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] too different to be sisters?
I think they work together! [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] is very classic and timeless and I don’t think [name_f]Mariah[/name_f] sounds out of place besides it at all
I think they sound great together! [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] is classic, and has a lot of history. While [name_f]Mariah[/name_f] tends to be seen as more modern, it is very substantial, and has ancient roots and a great meaning. Plus, it’s a variant of [name_f]Mary[/name_f], which gives it classic pedigree.
I think [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] and [name_f]Mariah[/name_f] are pretty together!
I think this sibset works. [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] sounds good with lots of different types of names.
I don’t think they go together
It’s not my first choice with [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f], but I can’t see why not.
[name_f]Mariah[/name_f] and [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] remind me of [name_f]Jane[/name_f] [name_u]Austen[/name_u] novels, since they pronounced [name_f]Maria[/name_f] like [name_f]Mariah[/name_f].
I think they sound lovely together!
