I think this is where I land. I love something about [name_f]Marjorie[/name_f] and the look of it, but if you are familiar with a “hick” or “redneck” American accent 
, I think the pronunciation of it where I’m located would detract from Marjorie’s charm. I think [name_f]Mallory[/name_f] might have a similar vibe/look without being butchered quite as badly.
Agree with the warm and cozy/ clunky cool impression of [name_f]Marjorie[/name_f] if my horrendous accent wasn’t a factor.
I know someone who just used [name_f]Nancy[/name_f] for their newborn. That’s feels very 1950’s to me, though I could be totally inaccurate.
