I prefer [name_m]Matteo[/name_m].

I prefer [name_m]Mateo[/name_m], it looks nice and clean, whilst [name_m]Matteo[/name_m] feels a little crowded with the extra T. I’d also feel more inclined to pronounce [name_m]Matteo[/name_m] as [name_m]Matt[/name_m]-E-Oh instead of Ma-[name_u]Tay[/name_u]-Oh, as it just looks like the name [name_m]Matt[/name_m] with an eo tacked on.
