What do you think of this combo? Or [name_f]Maxine[/name_f] in general.
[name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] isn’t a name that has special meaning to us or anything - it is just one we like. [name_f]Do[/name_f] you think this flows ok? Any other suggestions are welcome!
I love [name_f]Maxine[/name_f]. I used to hate it, but because of the nn [name_u]Max[/name_u] I am becoming more drawn to it. [name_f]Maxina[/name_f] would work too.
Very pretty. I really like [name_f]Maxine[/name_f] a lot. It’s simple without being too plain, and spunky without being too out there. I really think it is a perfect name, because everyone should be able to spell and pronounce it, and many people may have heard of it, yet it’s so uncommon right now that it’s very unique. [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] is also a nice name and goes well with [name_f]Maxine[/name_f].
Being able to spell and pronounce a name is huge for us which is partly why we like it. Familiar without being popular is how we seem to have named our children. So thank you for commenting on that.
I initially dismissed [name_f]Maxine[/name_f] when my husband brought it up because everyone always said she would get teased at some point but I figure every name has teasing potential and chances are even if I thought I found a name that couldn’t be picked on some clever 8th grader could probably find a way to do it.
