Mean Girl name help!

[name_m]Hi[/name_m] everyone!! I’m trying to name I character from my story. She’s a rich girl, with influential parents. She’s kind of snooty, and can be really mean if she feels like she’s being targeted. However, when she’s really close to people, she can be sympathetic and very protective over them. If physical appearance would help she’s short, with long-ish brown hair and big blue eyes and pouty lips.

I’ve been considering new money types of names for her, and am mainly focusing on shorter names. The name ideas I have so far are [name_f]Gianna[/name_f], [name_f]Claudia[/name_f], [name_f]Shay[/name_f], and [name_f]Daria[/name_f]. Please let me know if you have any suggestions!!

I think [name_f]Daria[/name_f] is definitely too tied to the cartoon character, so I wouldn’t go with that. [name_f]Gianna[/name_f] is good! I also like [name_f]Shay[/name_f] a lot but I don’t think [name_f]Claudia[/name_f] has too much of a mean girl vibe.

I kind of agree with PP about [name_f]Daria[/name_f] likely being too culturally tied to the cartoon. [name_f]Shay[/name_f] and [name_f]Claudia[/name_f] also feel too “sweet” to have mean girl vibes; they seem more bookish types imo.

[name_f]Gianna[/name_f] is great for the vibe your looking for imo! I would also suggest [name_f]Elena[/name_f], [name_f]Darcy[/name_f], [name_f]Zara[/name_f], [name_f]Delphine[/name_f], and [name_f]Vivia[/name_f] / [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f]
