My fiancée and I are TTC and are thinking of baby names. We have agreed on a boys name but girls names are so much harder for us. We like
[name_f]Helena[/name_f]
[name_f]Daphne[/name_f]
[name_f]Esther[/name_f]
But seem to be crushing hard on [name_f]Melinda[/name_f] [name_f]Audrey[/name_f]. What do you think of the name [name_f]Melinda[/name_f] and the combo [name_f]Melinda[/name_f] [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] Leeber? Does the middle name flow?
[name_m]How[/name_m] do you say your surname - [name_u]Lee[/name_u]-ber or [name_m]Ly[/name_m]-ber?
Its pronounced [name_u]Lee[/name_u]-ber
I find it a bit difficult only because [name_f]Melinda[/name_f] ends with the same letter as [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] begins with, so it doesn’t feel clean when I say it aloud. However, [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] [name_f]Melinda[/name_f] Leiber rolls off the tongue really well. Would you consider switching them? (OK if not - )
I think the name flow is perfectly alright. We rarely say our names in full anyway. [name_f]Melinda[/name_f] is a name I find very pleasant indeed & it sounds right with your surname so I’d go with it - a lovely combination.
I think it’s nice, I just have a bad association with a [name_f]Melinda[/name_f] therefor I can’t love it. However I’m smitten by [name_f]Audrey[/name_f].
I think [name_f]Melinda[/name_f] [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] is great!
It’s ok. The flow is fine, since the ‘a’ is pronounced differently in each name. Kind of an 80’s name, though. I’d consider [name_f]Malaya[/name_f] [name_f]Ondine[/name_f]…that’s about as close as I can get with names I love.
I’m a bit biased, but I think [name_f]Melinda[/name_f] is a pretty name.
[name_f]Melinda[/name_f] [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] is simply gorgeous. I think it flows well with your last name.
While all pretty, i prefer …
[name_f]Helena[/name_f]
[name_f]Esther[/name_f]
[name_f]Daphne[/name_f]
I like [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] [name_f]Melinda[/name_f] Leeber a little better but either way is cute. I also like [name_f]Helena[/name_f]. [name_f]Helena[/name_f] [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] or [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] [name_f]Helena[/name_f]. Maybe [name_f]Daphne[/name_f] [name_f]Melinda[/name_f]. I’m not a fan of [name_f]Esther[/name_f].
[name_f]Audrey[/name_f] [name_f]Melinda[/name_f] would be really pretty. Not a [name_f]Melinda[/name_f] fan.
[name_f]Audrey[/name_f] [name_f]Melinda[/name_f] Leiber might sound “better”, but [name_f]Melinda[/name_f] Leiber sounds better than [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] Leiber, at least to me… and that’s what people will mostly know her as.
That being said, I think [name_f]Melinda[/name_f] [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] is a gorgeous combo.
[name_f]Melinda[/name_f] is nice. I think the nns [name_f]Millie[/name_f] or [name_f]Lindey[/name_f] would be really cute. The one [name_f]Melinda[/name_f] my age I knew wasn’t a very flattering person, but it’s still a nice name. The little old lady in my church named [name_f]Melinda[/name_f] is very sweet. I personally like [name_f]Belinda[/name_f] more, just because I love [name_f]Bella[/name_f]/[name_f]Bel[/name_f] and [name_f]Lindey[/name_f], and only like [name_f]Millie[/name_f], but [name_f]Melinda[/name_f] is nice. I am a massive [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] fan, so I, too, would prefer to see [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] [name_f]Melinda[/name_f], but [name_f]Melinda[/name_f] [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] is very sweet. I also love [name_f]Daphne[/name_f] and [name_f]Helena[/name_f] from your list, though!
Good luck!
