Merry Christmas! - Christmas names šŸŽ„

:christmas_tree:

[name_u]Merry[/name_u] [name_u]Christmas[/name_u], everyone! Wishing you health, love, joy and happiness!

I thought to celebrate, we could each post our favorite [name_u]Christmas[/name_u] name and tell everyone why we love it, as well as our favorite [name_u]Christmas[/name_u] book or movie  That way no one has to scroll through a long list and it will be more personal.

[name_f]My[/name_f] favorite [name_u]Christmas[/name_u] name is [name_u]Holly[/name_u]. I love how jolly and happy it sounds. I love the plant, the red and green is so beautiful. I also love how [name_u]Holly[/name_u] is resilient and comes from the old [name_f]English[/name_f] word for ā€œhealingā€ originally.

[name_f]My[/name_f] favorite [name_u]Christmas[/name_u] movie is ā€œMiracle on 34th Streetā€, the 1940s version. I just love how festive it is.

[name_u]Merry[/name_u] [name_u]Christmas[/name_u]!

Iā€™d say either Natali or Natasha! I like this whole family of names a lot. :christmas_tree::sparkles::milky_way:

And Home Alone is probably my favorite Christmas movie! Or one of the old claymation type ones like Here Comes Santa Claus or A Year Without Santa Claus.

Aw this is a great idea! [name_f]My[/name_f] favourite [name_u]Christmas[/name_u] name is [name_f]Clara[/name_f], honouring the heroine of the ballet The Nutcracker, traditionally performed around Christmastime :ballet_shoes:.
[name_f]My[/name_f] favourite [name_u]Christmas[/name_u] film is [name_f]Bridget[/name_f] Jonesā€™s Diary - I feel like that just about counts given that it begins and ends at [name_u]Christmas[/name_u]!

my favorite [name_u]Christmas[/name_u] name is [name_f]Natasha[/name_f], [name_u]Carol[/name_u], or [name_f]Noelle[/name_f]

my favorite [name_u]Christmas[/name_u] movie is [name_m]Black[/name_m] [name_u]Christmas[/name_u] or Silent [name_u]Night[/name_u] (I hate mushy, happy, everything ends great movies)

I love [name_f]Faye[/name_f] meaning fairy. I always have a fairy at the top of my tree. A boy I would call [name_u]Joseph[/name_u].

[name_f]My[/name_f] favorite [name_u]Christmas[/name_u] name is only loosely related. [name_f]My[/name_f] family watches White [name_u]Christmas[/name_u] every year, and one of the two main actresses is [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] [name_m]Clooney[/name_m]. Because of that, [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] has always given me a Christmas-y feel!

[name_m]Favorite[/name_m] [name_u]Christmas[/name_u] movies would be either White [name_u]Christmas[/name_u] or The Family [name_m]Stone[/name_m]

My favourite Christmas name is Clara, Belle or Clementine itā€™s a ridiculous how much I love all three. Dream Christmas baby girl name would be Clara Clementine Belle for sure. I love Clara (KLAARA) for the nutcracker association, how she has that Christmas ballerina feel I can imagine her as the ballerina in your windup music box. Clementine is this elegant warm bohemian beauty I truly love Clementine if only I could get my partner on board. Finally Belle is just joyous!

As for a boy I love Solomon, Shepherd and Robin. Solomon is a gorgeous name heā€™s one of my favourite names and I love the meaning ā€˜peaceā€™. Followed by Solomon I love Shepherd heā€™s outdoorsy soft and sweet. Finally Robin is just gorgeous! I would love Shepherd Solomon Robin.

My favourite Christmas film is love actually followed by elf :santa:t4::christmas_tree:

I think my favourites are [name_f]Keziah[/name_f] or [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] - maybe theyā€™re more ā€˜Christmas-adjacentā€™ than obviously Christmassy, but that makes them appealing to me - subtle but cosy, the scent of [name_u]Christmas[/name_u] drinks and decorated houses, baked goods and [name_u]Christmas[/name_u] morning! Plus, theyā€™re also just two of my favourites anyway. If I had to choose just one, [name_f]Keziah[/name_f] would be my pick!

I liked the second and third of ā€˜The [name_f]Santa[/name_f] Clauseā€™ movies growing up - havenā€™t watched them in a few years though

my favorite [name_u]Christmas[/name_u] name is [name_f]Clara[/name_f] :dove::ballet_shoes: because of the meaning ā€œlightā€; the relation of the name to [name_u]Clarence[/name_u], the angel from ā€œItā€™s a [name_u]Wonderful[/name_u] Lifeā€; and of course, the Nutcracker! :white_heart:

my favorite [name_u]Christmas[/name_u] movie is the Polar Express :steam_locomotive:

[name_f]My[/name_f] favorite [name_u]Christmas[/name_u] themed name would probably be either [name_u]Holly[/name_u] or [name_f]Clara[/name_f] :ballet_shoes:

I love the old stop-motion movies like [name_m]Rudolph[/name_m], but itā€™s a tradition with my family to watch Itā€™s a [name_u]Wonderful[/name_u] Life

[name_f]My[/name_f] family has a collection of [name_u]Christmas[/name_u] picture books that get read every year, two of which have characters called [name_u]Mattie[/name_u] (Jan Brettā€™s Gingerbread [name_u]Baby[/name_u] and a book called The [name_u]Winter[/name_u] Witch by [name_m]Clay[/name_m] Bonnyman Evans) so [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] ā€œMattieā€ has special Christmassy meaning for me. [name_f]My[/name_f] favorite for a boy is probably [name_m]Nicholas[/name_m].

[name_m]Favorite[/name_m] movie is either White [name_u]Christmas[/name_u] or the original animated version of The Grinch. Weā€™ve watched those so much my family can almost recite the entire 30 minutes of the Grinch from memory. There are definitely more that I love but these are the ones that came to mind first.
