Mia Charlotte or Charlotte Mia?

I’m currently pregnant with our second baby girl! We had decided on the first name [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] and were trying to come up with a middle name. I came up with [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_f]Mia[/name_f] and thought it was beautiful! Since then I’ve been thinking about it and I almost like [name_f]Mia[/name_f] more than [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]! So the question is:

[name_f]Mia[/name_f] [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]
Or
[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_f]Mia[/name_f]

Big sister is [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] [name_m]Vail[/name_m] (like the town in [name_u]Colorado[/name_u]) :cupid:

I’d go with [name_f]Mia[/name_f] [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]. It flows better, and I like [name_f]Mia[/name_f] a lot more than [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]. [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] and [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] are also pretty close for sisters, imo. Maybe now when you say it, but to me they look to close when I see them written down. [name_f]Mia[/name_f] and [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] would be cute.

I think [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] and [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] are gorgeous sisters. I don’t think [name_f]Mia[/name_f] quite measures up to [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] stylistically so I’d go with [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_f]Mia[/name_f].

[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] goes better with [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] stylistically, but they are really similar for sisters. [name_f]Mia[/name_f] might not be the same style as [name_f]Caroline[/name_f], but if you love it you should go for it.

I like [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] and [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] better as sister names, but I think [name_f]Mia[/name_f] [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] flows way better than [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_f]Mia[/name_f]. [name_f]Mia[/name_f] and [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] do work as sisters, so I’d go with [name_f]Mia[/name_f] [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f].

[name_f]Mia[/name_f] [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] because I love the name [name_f]Mia[/name_f] and would prefer that it be featured. Plus I think [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] is getting super popular and [name_f]Mia[/name_f] is still unique.

You can’t go wrong either way, but [name_f]Mia[/name_f] [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] really jumps out at me. It has a sweet sparkly quality.

I think I’m going to go for [name_f]Mia[/name_f] [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f], too. Both are really popular ([name_f]Mia[/name_f] is number 6 nationally; [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] is number 9–I wouldn’t say one is any more popular than the other!), and I personally prefer [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] (love it!), but I like the flow of [name_f]Mia[/name_f] [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] more, and, I don’t know if you knew this or not, but [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] and [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] are both forms of the same name (feminine form of [name_m]Carolus[/name_m]/[name_m]Charles[/name_m]/[name_m]Carl[/name_m]). That makes them a bit too matchy for me, even though I adore [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] (and the nn [name_f]Lottie[/name_f]!). So [name_f]Mia[/name_f] [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] seems ideal, in your situation. I think [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] and [name_f]Mia[/name_f] are really cute together!
