Marjorie [name_u]Wren[/name_u] feels fresher and unexpected
I love the name [name_f]Marjorie[/name_f]! And I think [name_f]Marjorie[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f] flows better. Both are nice options though!
Marjorie [name_f]Claire[/name_f] flows a bit better, but I adore the feel of [name_f]Marjorie[/name_f] [name_u]Wren[/name_u]!
The R sound in [name_f]Marjorie[/name_f] and [name_u]Wren[/name_u] is too close together for my liking, so I picked [name_f]Marjorie[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]
I was thinking the double “r” might help the nickname [name_u]Rory[/name_u] make more sense!
I’d say [name_f]Marjorie[/name_f] [name_u]Wren[/name_u] is a little bit closer to the [name_u]Rory[/name_u] nickname but still a massive stretch. I don’t really think the nickname comes out naturally with that combo. Sorry
Rory as a nickname doesn’t feel like a stretch to me to begin with, actually. And I don’t think having [name_u]Wren[/name_u] as a middle would change that at all, personally. The -or and -ee are already in [name_f]Marjorie[/name_f], so it makes perfect sense to me. Reminds me of [name_f]Lorelei[/name_f] “[name_u]Rory[/name_u]” from [name_m]Gilmore[/name_m] Girls
I really like both of these combinations.
I voted for [name_f]Marjorie[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f] just because I find it slightly easier to say. I have a little trouble going from -rie right into [name_u]Wren[/name_u].
