I found out today that I’m expecting another beautiful baby girl in [name]March[/name]/[name]April[/name]
We have decided on the name [name]Abigail[/name] for her, however no middle name springs to mind at the moment. [name]Rose[/name] seems to go well, but its my [name]MIL[/name] middle name. Thats not a bad thing, but we dont want to be seen favouring one grandma over the other if you know what I mean.
Any ideas? [name]Abby[/name] will be a sister to [name]Sage[/name] [name]Emily[/name] (2). Our last name is [name]Turner[/name] and we are Australian and tend to pronouce it Turn-ah rather than Turn-er
[name]Rose[/name] is very pretty, but seen to be rather bland in the middle. Here’s a few options. (and congratulations! I’m going to add some names with a nature feel to compliment [name]Sage[/name]'s name.
[name]Love[/name] Ricamaca’s [name]Abigail[/name] [name]Maeve[/name] and [name]Etoile[/name]'s idea of [name]Abigail[/name] [name]Camryn[/name].
I always wanted to be named after one of my relatives, so I think [name]Abigail[/name] [name]Rose[/name] would have a lot of meaning.
[name]Abigail[/name] is such a popular name, but I really love it. [name]Rose[/name] is a very popular middle name.
If your mother has a name that could be paired with [name]Rose[/name], you could name your baby after both her grandmas. If your mom is named [name]Ann[/name], [name]Lynn[/name], [name]Mary[/name], etc., the middle name could be [name]Rosanna[/name], [name]Rosalyn[/name], or [name]Rosemary[/name]. Or if your own grandma has any of those names, then both sides of the family could be honored.

[name]Abigail[/name] [name]Violet[/name] - serene
[name]Abigail[/name] [name]Willow[/name] - even more serene
[name]Abigail[/name] [name]Zoe[/name] - very spunky, fun!
Another idea: You could give her two middle names, one honoring each grandma. That’s what we did – though the grandma who got Name #3 was a bit miffed.
I love the suggestions of [name]Abigail[/name] [name]Maeve[/name] and [name]Abigail[/name] [name]Hope[/name]. I also love how [name]Abigail[/name] [name]Wren[/name] captures [name]Sage[/name]'s naturey feel.
I should have added that she will have 4 grandmas (both sets of parents are divorced and have partners. And [name]Sage[/name] [name]Emily[/name] isn’t named after any family, so I didn’t want her to feel ‘left out’ for not having that if her sister does.
Thank you for the suggestions so far. I will run these past my hubby
