I voted for [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] [name_f]Florence[/name_f], but I also really loved [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] [name_f]Lily[/name_f]. Actually, I don’t think there’s really a bad choice in the bunch there! :slight_smile: A few other ideas:

Before I found out we were having a boy, I was considering [name_f]Rose[/name_f] [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] as a combo. [name_m]Both[/name_m] names sound great together. Congrats!

This was very hard to choose. The only two I don’t like with [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] are [name_f]Lily[/name_f] and [name_u]Lee[/name_u], only because the L-syllables get me a little tongue-tied. [name_f]Grace[/name_f], [name_f]Rose[/name_f], [name_f]Violet[/name_f], [name_f]Florence[/name_f], and [name_f]Mae[/name_f] are all so cute - I voted for [name_f]Grace[/name_f], and second choice would be between [name_f]Rose[/name_f] or [name_f]Violet[/name_f]. [name_f]Do[/name_f] any of these have special meaning to you? [name_m]Just[/name_m] curious.

I had the same thought about the ‘L’ names. Saying them aloud together gets me a bit tongue tied, too! [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] [name_f]Violet[/name_f] has some meaning attached - our baby is due in February, and violets are the birth flower for that month. Apart from that, no meaning attached to any of the other names. We just really like them :slight_smile:

[name_f]Grace[/name_f] sounds so pretty as [name_f]Adeline[/name_f]'s partner. I like [name_f]Mae[/name_f] in the middle spot too! [name_f]Rose[/name_f] would be my third choice.

[name_f]Adeline[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f] are both gorgeous.

Thank you everyone for your feedback. It turns out we can’t use [name_f]Rose[/name_f] anymore, as we recently realized this is our niece’s middle name. As much as we love all the other combinations, I think it’s got to be either [name_f]Grace[/name_f] or [name_f]Violet[/name_f]…

[name_f]Adeline[/name_f] is so pretty! I really love [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] [name_f]Mae[/name_f]. It is so sweet. My second choice would be [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f].

[name_f]Adeline[/name_f] [name_f]Violet[/name_f] is nice, I like it more than [name_f]Grace[/name_f]. [name_f]Grace[/name_f] has a nice sound, but some pretty heavy religious overtones, which I don’t think is fair to give a child before she’s even born! My choice would be [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] [name_u]Lee[/name_u]. The L thing does sound kind of stumble in [name_f]Lily[/name_f], but the one in [name_u]Lee[/name_u] makes the flow even nicer to me. Either way, [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] is beautiful! Good luck :slight_smile:
